Full Standard Wedding
$950 + GST
The Full Standard Wedding Ceremony package includes the following:
Customised ceremony script fully detailed to your specifications
Assistance with personalised vows, including access to the vow writing guide and review of the vows before the ceremony
Up to three (3) script revisions
Checking in with venue and vendors (i.e., photographer and videographer, musicians) for ceremony purposes
Email, text, and phone support
Rehearsal attendance
Guest involvement (where agreed)
Rituals and cultural traditions (where agreed)
All legal paperwork and certificates
PA system for the ceremony
I’ll be dressed in whatever style and colour your desire!
Arrival at least 1 hour before the ceremony commences
Price includes travel to any location 50km from Bardon 4065. Any travel > 50km will incur a small additional fee
Price based on Saturday-Sunday weddings
Micro Ceremonies & Elopements
$550 + GST
The Micro Ceremony package is for those who want to elope or have a small intimate ceremony (max 16 guests). The Micro Ceremony package includes the following:
Ceremony no more than 15 minutes
A standard, personalised wedding ceremony script developed by Julia with only minor amendments or additions (no more than one round of revisions)
Access to the vow writing guide to assist in writing vows
Email, text, and phone support
PA system for the ceremony
I’ll be dressed in whatever style and colour your desire!
All legal paperwork and certificates
Price based on Saturday-Sunday weddings
Not Included / Additional Add Ons:
Customised ceremony script fully detailed to your specifications
Assistance with personalised vows, including review of the vows before the ceremony (however a vow writing guide is still provided)
Major script revisions
Checking in with venue and vendors (i.e., photographer and videographer, musicians) for ceremony purposes
Rehearsal attendance

Number of guests over 16 people in attendance.
Ceremonies over 15 minutes long.
Please note: A micro-ceremony package can have any of the above exclusions added on for a negotiated price.
Mother’s Blessing
$450 + GST
Want to celebrate a soon-to-be mum? A mother’s blessing, sometimes called a ‘Blessingway’ is a special moment to honour a woman as she embarks on the journey of motherhood. Whilst a traditional baby shower may focus on the baby, a Mother’s Blessing centres on the mum-to-be and focusses on ensuring she is surrounded with love and support. A Mother’s Blessing can be customised exactly how you want, whether it be steeped in spiritual rituals and symbolism, or is a simple moment of reflection and the coming together of a community of support persons.
The Mother’s Blessing package includes the following:
Mother’s Blessing information guide
PA system and microphone (if required)
Email, text, and phone support
Customised ceremony script fully detailed to your specification
Up to two (2) revisions of the ceremony script
Poems, readings, music and ritual suggestions
Rituals and cultural traditions (where agreed - some may incur additional cost where supplies are required)

Baby Naming
$450 + GST
A Baby Naming Ceremony is a non-religious celebration that welcomes a baby into the world. The ceremony focusses on welcoming the baby into the family, as well as their broader friend and community support network. It provides an opportunity for those in the baby’s community to express their hopes and dreams for the child as well as make promises to support them and help them grow in life.
A Baby Naming Ceremony can be customised exactly how you want and often includes rituals and symbolism, as well as involvement from family and friends.

Funerals
$850 + GST
Funerals can be a difficult and emotional time, so it’s important to ensure you have the support you need. It’s a time for reflection and for people to come together to honour the life of a loved one. Your loved one deserves a special ceremony that respects and celebrates their life, in a way that is representative of them. The ceremony should also strive to provide as much closure as possible to those that are saying goodbye.
Allow me to assist in this difficult time by developing a ceremony that is personal, is delivered with warmth and compassion, and provides an opportunity for connection and meaning.
The Funeral package includes the following:

PA system and microphone (if required)
Email, text, and phone support
Customised ceremony script fully detailed to your specifications and personalised
Eulogy writing assistance and guidance
Liaison and coordination with funeral directors and venue for ceremony purposes
Poems, readings, music and ritual suggestions
Rituals and cultural traditions (where agreed)
Guest involvement (where agreed)
Special Occasions
Julia is available to MC / officiate birthdays, anniversaries, or any other type of special occasion! Contact Julia for further pricing and information.
Extras
Each ceremony is different, and there may be some elements to your ceremony that could result in some additional fees. This will all be discussed and agreed to before signing up. Some extra costs could include (but are not limited to):
Travel more than 50km from Bardon 4065. Any travel beyond 50km may incur a $0.88/km fee
If a translator is required, or correspondence with the Department of Immigration or any overseas consulates
Accommodation and other travel expenses - yes I’m happy to travel!
Special costume (i.e., if it’s a themed wedding)
Rehearsals (where not already included in the package)
Other ‘non-conventional’ expenses or requirements
The key thing to note is that I’m up for anything extra! It just might incur an extra fee! All quotes will be discussed and agreed to prior to services commencing.
After the initial free consultation, if you would like to proceed with my services then a 50% booking deposit is required to secure the services and the required date.
